To all of our client families:
Please bear with us through this difficult time as all of us deal with the implications of COVID-19, and understand that we are making these recommendations to keep our staff and community as safe as possible, while still being able to provide high quality care for your pets.
The following is our protocol, effective immediately. Please do not hesitate to call with any questions. Additionally, we will endeavor to get a more complete history over the phone when the appointment is scheduled.
1. We are limiting access to our hospital to staff only and three patients at a time. We only have three examination rooms available and are trying to avoid having people wait in our lobby.
2. When you arrive at the clinic for an appointment or to pick up medication or pet food, please call our front desk at 281-395-4700. If there is a room available, we will let you know so that you can escort your pet inside. If you decide that you would like to enter the hospital with your pet, a mask is no longer required or mandated. If you are more comfortable waiting in your vehicle, we will have a staff member meet you to bring the pet into the clinic or deliver your medication / pet food to your vehicle. You may also order refills for medication through our online pharmacy located on our website (cincoanimalhospital.com) for home delivery.
3. If you have traveled to heavily infected areas or have a fever or signs consistent with COVID-19 please let us know so we can appropriately advise you. We may request you have an alternate person bring the pet in for urgent needs only.
4. For minor issues with current patients please feel free to email us or call to discuss your pet’s case.
We understand this is a stressful time for many, and we appreciate your support in these efforts so that we can continue to provide services to our clients and their family pets.

Animal Hospital endeavors to offer a high standard of complete care for our patients. To accomplish this, Cinco Animal Hospital has the capabilities necessary to provide comprehensive care for accurate diagnosis, including: extensive in house laboratory suite, off site parent lab for further or specialized testing, such as infectious disease, histopathology (identifying tumors), and many others. Diagnostic technologies such as Digital x-ray, dental x-ray, and ultrasound, each one with on site interpretation, are all integral in Cinco Animal Hospital's mission of offering a high standard of complete care for your pet.
